About the Author

Tiffanie Childs is a new author on the scene. She resides in Washington, DC and is a doting mother of four adult children; ages ranging from 19-26. She has always had a passion for writing and has now put her pen to the paper; creating children’s books that will hopefully help kids smile and enjoy life in the midst of dealing with life altering social issues like divorce, race and loving the skin they’re in. Her first book “I Can’t Wait for 1st Grade” introduces us to Cole, a young girl with lots of questions and even more energy. Childs’ subsequent books will continue to take you deeper into the ever changing lives of Cole and her circle of friends.
