Unshaken

About the Book

Unshaken highlights the ups and downs of life, including religion, disease, love, and devastation. Whether it is a poem about God, depression, heartbreak, love or one of several other themes within this book, you will find yourself relating to the content at one point or another. “Shaken” embodies both a disorder many suffer from every day alongside the feeling many may have upon reading the poems within. It sheds light on some of the most controversial topics in today’s world while being left open to interpretation.

About the Author

Brady Eichelberger, also known as Mr. Eich or Eich to many of his students and community members, is in his eighth year of teaching high school English in small town New Rockford, North Dakota. He grew up in an even smaller town, Lakota, North Dakota, and lived in South Dakota and Wyoming prior to that. He found a love for reading and writing early in life, but it wasn’t until his final years of high school that he discovered his passion for poetry, which he began sharing with others in college via spoken word poetry to help others understand how connected humans really are.
