About the Book

Kids’ Corner Fall by Julia Chorna The season has changed; it is fall A beautiful time for a stroll I like to play in the park Before it gets really dark Then I fell in the leaves Then after I went to climb the trees Then after a long, long day I went back home to pray I prayed to my angel That I would have a good day tomorrow. Animal Kingdom by Kennedy McIntosh When your poor pet dies There is a place where your pet lies Big or small, funny or tall Animal kingdom, animal kingdom That’s the place where magic galls Moon by Kennedy McIntosh Oh, Moon, Moon, Moon Soon we’ll be with you Up high in the sky With your bright extraordinary light Making us laugh When we are gloomy and sad You use your great power and make us glad Oh, Moon, Oh, Moon How soon, even the cow that jumps over you Love you as much as I do Everybody loves you Oh, great special moon Ocean by Sarafina Howel The ocean is big and blue It shines just on you It is very neat Its splashes on your toes and feet The ocean is big and bright It gives us happiness and light It follows you around Everywhere on the ground Its waves are big Its waves are tall I look and see them rise and fall I love the ocean It is the best It splashes on my arms and chest

About the Author

I am back with yet another book of poems. The first one, called Imagination, has been out there for a while, and I know that it’s reaching its target audience of kids like you and helping them explore the worlds of dreams and magic. So now some time has passed, and more poems just keep on popping inside my head. I keep writing them down, so guess what? I got enough of them to put in another book, and this one is it. It’s called, as you can see from the cover, Inside Out. It seems silly probably to have such a title, but I do have a reason for it.
