The Christmas Airplane Ride is a heartwarming story of a boy who uses his imagination to build an airplane despite his sister’s doubt. He takes his sister on a magical airplane ride. They land in a snow-filled field where elves are peeking out behind trees and rabbits talk. They run into a house made of candy and have a delightful visit with a man who looks like Santa Claus. The next morning they wake up in their own beds. Their mother is calling them down for Christmas breakfast. They thought they had dreamt their adventure until Jimmy went outside to play. About the Author

A native of Kirkwood, Missouri, Cathy is a graduate of Kirkwood School and Maryville University, where she got her nursing degree. She now works in pediatrics as a school nurse. She grew up with three brothers. Her father would tell the family this story every Christmas. Cathy has shared this story with her child, nephew and niece, and many of the young patients she took care of in the hospital. Her dream is to pass this story along for other families to enjoy.
