About the Book

F.O.C.U.S. is connecting the people of God to the will of God! Mankind is constantly looking to find their purpose in life. The Word of God teaches us that it happens in accordance to Mathew 6:33: “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” When we learn to focus on the things of God and not our circumstances, it gives us access to greater in the kingdom of God by placing us in line for our “but God” moment. A “but God” moment is defined as “God taking what seems like an impossible situation in our lives, despite what seems to be insurmountable odds, and making the impossible possible in even the most adverse conditions.” All God desires is to bless us. All we have to do is F.O.C.U.S. He’s waiting.

About the Author

Reverend Harris is the senior pastor of the Thankful Baptist Church of Kennesaw, Georgia, where he has served since its inception over fourteen years ago, thirteen years of which as pastor. During those years, Reverend Harris watched God grow the ministry into a community leader while being the chosen vessel to make the initial historical purchase of the ministry’s first property and worship facility. Prior to his tenure as pastor, he served as assistant pastor of the sister church from which his present church was planted. He attended Covington theological seminary, earning his master’s degree in ministry. He is a community activist that has spearheaded several community outreach programs, including assisting in establishing an after-school care center for latchkey kids in the community. Above all his greatest passion are his love for people and of teaching and preaching the inerrant Word of God.
