About the Author

Cheryl Tapscott is a pre-school teacher in Sugar Land, Texas. Cheryl has taught pre-school for nine years. Teaching has given her a unique insight into the world of young children. She is recognized by her colleagues for instilling self-esteem and confidence in her students. Her experience as a mother of a Down Syndrome child also inspires her to teach that loving yourself is the first step towards a fulfilling life and not to judge others with prejudice. She lives with her husband Anthony and two sons, Joshua and Jordan.
