For you I will Over and over I hear the words that supposed to infuse security Words that are used to ease the tension that is erupting in my mind Time and time again you replay your thoughts and his words Hoping and praying that they satisfy the world of insecurity that is constantly growing deep within Wanting every word to be true Awaiting the day when every word comes to pass As the days pass, the anticipation grows For the words that where spoken to you carry’s no weight As they are spoken they disappear in to the dry air and nothing remains Except the memory of what could have been or should have been Yet you remain with a mind full of promises and life with no action
