About the Author

“Mush on”! Those are the words that were signed in the book written by Libby Riddles, the first woman to win the Iditarod. Suzanne had the pleasure of meeting Libby during a recent book signing in Alaska. Such was the motivation to publish her first children’s book. Suzanne is drawing from her experiences during her 22 years in education, working with children who had learning differences for various reasons. Winkle in the Lunchroom is the first in a series of books which will teach and entertain the child while helping them find their voice. Her motto is “Write on!”
