AU bio added 10/29/19 Lorelei Tiffin author bio October 2019 I write about abiding love between people who are a little more mature than usual romance characters, who just happen to enjoy sex. People can read my book to escape, not view or relive, the constant displays of man's inhumanity to man that fill the daily newspaper and TV news. I write Romance novels. I learned about deep and abiding love from my parents, who were not ashamed to show their physical affection for each other in front of their adult children. While I have not been lucky enough yet to find the kind of love my parents shared, I remain optimistic that my one true love is just around the corner. I'm a Baby Boomer who writes about Baby Boomer characters. No one escapes hardship and heartache in this life, including me, but I'm optimistic enough to think that there should always be a happy ending. My characters may have battled through every adversity Life has sent their way, just as I have, but they come out the other side, strong and ready for love wherever they find it. As it should be. I live in the American Heartland, building characters for new books, based on what I see and hear and experience in everyday life. I have family and friends who support me in my writing and in my life, and I love them all dearly.
