This is an account of my experience of my planning and eventual rescue from a near lethal suicide attempt and the factors that facilitated my recovery.

About the Author

I am a writer, educator, mother to three grown up children and partner to the beautiful Sue who is also my dance partner. I have struggled with depression for many years, but this account covers my rock bottom experience and path to recovery.
