About the Book
"Vegetables for Walter" This boy thinks that he hates all vegetables — but has not tasted them — so he does not know if he likes them. He is finally convinced to try some veggie by his grandparents and they are not bad at all.
About the Author
Diane Gray has worked her entire life as a medical professional, but her first and foremost fulfilling achievement has been her children. They in turn have returned their love with fantastic grandchildren. She was born and raised in rural upstate New York where she met and married her high school sweetheart and went on to have this wonderful family. Diane has enjoyed the arts including sketching for which she has been published and writing. Through the eyes of her children she could see the joy in a good book and with that in mind, she went on to write several children’s books of her own; the first being “The Bears with Unruly Hairs", “Mousey McGraw Finds a Home” and now "Vegetables for Walter". Diane lives in Florida with her husband of 43 years.
