About the Book

This book is about the perils of the street life and the lasting effects it has on those who choose to immerse themselves in it. Choppa is one of many young African American men who find out that there will be no happy ending for this life that he chose. And here is his story.

About the Author

Growing up in the inner city of Baltimore, I was fortunate enough to have two parents—two parents who believed I had a talent at a young age. They put me in drama classes, and I excelled and won awards but didn’t make the cut for the school of the arts. Writing came a little later. I always read books, and whenever I finished one, I always came to the conclusion that I could write a better novel. Constantly bumping my head, I would sit down and attempt to start my writing. This last time, I fully committed, coming up with characters, scenarios, and scenes that maybe only a few will understand. I hope to reach more than just a few with this endeavor.
