Poetry of A Life

Come Run, Come Run Come run, high in the mountains. Come run, quick upon the hill. Come run, your fingers through my hair but only if you dare. Come run, till you’re out of breath. Only then will you know true success. Come run, till you’re tired and weary and feel about to faint. Come run, in a secret garden where there are only two. Come run, to a place no one knows so you feel almost all alone. “Come run!” will be our chant if it means we become each other’s alibi. Come run, till your heart feels like it may burst and all you feel is a dry thirst. Come run into a sweet collide. Come run until you swell up with such a sweet pride. Wait! Keep on the run because without this chase. Life is no fun without a race. Come run, come run, and you can do what you like. For this run will leave you without a trace of spite.
