Does the Cubs Curse of 1945 go back to 1908?

A great book to add to one's home library of baseball books. The author's passion and love for the game of baseball is reflected throughout his writings. The author carefully brings back, and appropriately reflects upon, an era when the actual game itself created the real entertainment for fans (unlike all of the required sideshows of today's game to bring in the fans ).
