About the Author

Jarel Shaw is a former collegiate student athlete that has his ambitions set on being a professional dancer, well known poet, motivational speaker, and investor. Shaw has spoken and performed in many different schools expressing the importance of self preservation, self investment, and community building. Shaw also Coaches as well as mentors kids in track and field to prepare kids mentally and physically for all levels of the sport.
