A Tree Grows In Seclusion 2 Upon this morning I must abandon this world- My cry for help cannot not be silenced- Wrathful skies have just hurled meteors- I can hear thunder roar- Archangels in the sky have displayed their fury. After a storm has abated- calmed by a gentle breeze, I sense that I have stumbled upon rhapsody's doorstep. The revitalization of glowing clouds adorned in lavender skylight Is a most mesmerizing vision to behold. Locked inside of this dungeon where there paradoxically exists an escape from the horrors of my imagination, leaves from a flourishing tree quiver in a tenacious breeze- Raindrops consume the sunlight- Once reflecting massive and catastrophic panic. Encased within some lone and dazzling asteroid existing in some remote galaxy- I foresee a spirited tree emerging from this worn and tainted carpet- A shadow of my past, although an inspiration for a future. Dewdrops are translucent pearls dancing atop leaves upon this exquisite tree, becoming tiny stages- above this place where petals of silver toned wild roses are applauding. Flight of my imagination carries me beyond these weathered walls. Visions that appear when my thoughts spiral about and beyond my control- And the discordant tunes that play rampantly inside of my mind- Become as entrancing as agile figures dancing to some distant but melodious orchestra… A tranquil image emerges from the dreamscape I have painted Upon the once sallow tinted walls of my imagination Where stellar studded rainbows shall evolve over time….
