About the Book
This book is for the feminist that should reside in all of us. It attempts to recount the prejudice and misogyny that relegated women to the level of a subordinate species throughout much of history. It chronicles many of the injustices borne by women and girls throughout millenia, while detailing their triumphs, perseverance and resolve. The preference of many American men for the return of the “traditional wife” makes this book relevant and a reminder that power has never been ceded without a fight.
