The story recounts an extraordinary adventure in which the protagonists, Henry Reeves, an oncological surgeon, and Sara Collins, a veterinarian and environmentalist, make an unusual discovery during a trip that will change their lives completely.
Henry, who has terminal cancer, decides to accompany and spend his last days with his girlfriend Sara, who has to travel to the Rocky Mountain Forest Park to conduct a research study.
This trip is interrupted by the fall of an object from space, the result of a military confrontation, in which its occupant is seriously injured. Henry and Sara, upon finding him, take him to their cabin and decide to provide him with medical help, managing to save his life, thus establishing a bond between them. The extraterrestrial reveals his name: Drexani.
During his convalescence, Drexani asks Henry to "give" him some of his blood, which he needs for his recovery. Sara, who initially opposed this strange request, especially given Henry's health condition, finally agrees to the transfusion. During the procedure, the alien triggers a series of events involving the exchange of information, images, knowledge, and, above all, "something" more, a “special gift”, which will radically change Henry's life.
Far away, the Space Surveillance Center, NASA, and the military are tasked with locating the alien spacecraft and its occupant, beginning their search based on a video that went viral on social media and provided a clue to its possible location.
In the end, they all achieve their objectives.

About the Book
The story recounts the adventure of Henry and Sara, who, during a
trip, witnessed an object fall from space. Its occupant was seriously
injured, so they decided to provide medical assistance, managing to
save his life. Because of this, the extraterrestrial establishes a bond with
them, revealing his name: Drexani.
During his convalescence, Drexani asks Henry to “give” him some of his
blood, as it is necessary for his recovery. Agreeing to this request, and
against Sara’s wishes, he performs a direct transfusion. However, during
this process, a series of events occur involving the transmission of events
and images related to the creation of humanity, historical and scienti c
knowledge, and above all, “something” more, a special gift, which would
cause a radical change in Henry’s life.
Far from there, the military forces are tasked with locating the alien ship
and capturing its crew member, as well as Henry and Sara.
About the Author
Hugo Enrique Reyes Devesa was born in Houston,
Texas, on June 5, 1960. He is a general surgeon and
has served as medical director of two major hospitals in
the city of Veracruz, where he resides.
He is the author of two books: one on medicine, *Treatise
on Inguinal Hernias: Diagnosis and Treatment*, and the
other on Mayan prophecies, *2012 San Pedro Project*, a work related to the
Mayan calendar and the end of the world.
However, his passion and interest in science ction related to the existence
of life beyond our planet is what motivated him to write this action-adventure
novel that combines astronomical, medical, and extraterrestrial life elements.
