The 2026 Holiday Guarantee applies only to eligible Standard Design projects that meet every applicable submission, Content Evaluation, approval, payment, production, ordering, and delivery requirement. Projects requiring Elite Design or complex design work are not eligible.

A complete submission means that the complete book has been submitted and has passed Content Evaluation by the deadline for the selected option. If editorial or illustration work was required, it must be fully completed and approved by the applicable submission deadline, and final materials must be submitted by that deadline. Projects requiring extensive editorial, illustration, or other custom work may not qualify. Eligibility may depend on book length, the number of illustrations, project complexity, and production requirements.

The author must approve all required interior and cover files by the applicable final design approval deadline. All required publishing package and book-order payments must also be received by the applicable deadlines. If the publishing package is being paid in installments, the final payment must be received on or before the applicable final approval date. Revisions requested after final approval or failure to meet any applicable deadline will void the guarantee.

For guaranteed Thanksgiving delivery, the complete book must be submitted and pass Content Evaluation by September 9, 2026; final interior and cover files must be approved and final payment completed by October 23, 2026; and the eligible book order must be placed by October 27, 2026. Eligible orders are guaranteed for delivery by November 20, 2026.

For Thanksgiving publication availability without guaranteed delivery, the complete book must be submitted and pass Content Evaluation by September 21, 2026. Final interior and cover files must be approved and final payment completed by November 4, 2026. Eligible projects will be made available to order by November 20, 2026. This option does not include guaranteed delivery of physical or complimentary author copies.

For guaranteed Christmas delivery, the complete book must be submitted and pass Content Evaluation by October 5, 2026; final interior and cover files must be approved and final payment completed by November 19, 2026; and the eligible book order must be placed by November 25, 2026. Eligible orders are guaranteed for delivery by December 18, 2026.

For Christmas publication availability without guaranteed delivery, the complete book must be submitted and pass Content Evaluation by October 13, 2026. Final interior and cover files must be approved and final payment completed by December 2, 2026. Eligible projects will be made available to order by December 18, 2026. This option does not include guaranteed delivery of physical or complimentary author copies.

The delivery guarantee applies only to eligible print-on-demand book orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international addresses, and other destinations outside the contiguous United States are excluded. A trackable shipping service will be selected based on the destination and required delivery date. Ground, Priority, or expedited shipping may be used as necessary. Offset-printing orders are not eligible.
