What happens if there are complications with my book order?

Xlibris will not be held liable for any delays, loss, or damage in transit when it comes to your book order. Any book order by you (including those books included in the services provided) will be delivered within a reasonable time after Xlibris receives your order and receives full payment.

Shipping shall be FOB (free on board) shipping point, and you must pay all applicable shipping,handling, or custom fees associated with your purchase.
