A fictional autobiography based on the life of a young man who left his roots soon after the depression until his return in the early eighties. He left Mississippi and landed on both dancing feet in New York City when New York was beginning to live through its best years. He lived on the edge of both heterosexual and homosexual lives but the prodigal son found through experience that if you dance, you will have to pay the piper. About the Author

Robin Whitfield has led a full life though recently retired from the teaching profession. Beginning in his earlier years as an entertainer, runway model, exhibition show and ballroom dancer. He is still an avid advocate of ballroom dancing. His recently published book, "Run with the Hares and Hunt with the Hounds," creates an interesting literary journey says Patrick D.
