This is the 9th book written by M.F. Richards. It concerns what happened to Brittany Ross and her friends on a trip down the Mississippi River from Dubuque to Davenport to hear the Bix Beiderbecke Festival, an annual event which draws Dixie bands and fans from all over the mid-west.
