Seven year old Bucky is celebrating his birthday with his family at a fancy restaurant. What is supposed to be a fun time turns into confusion as Bucky tries to navigate his way through all the intricacies of a properly set table. With the help of his grandmother Bucky soon learns a trick to help him figure it all out.

About the Author

In her second children’s book Lettuce Left Root Beer Right, author Anne T. Zwicker, uses lessons she created to teach her own three children the politesse of formal dining. The first in a series of books designed to help children navigate the maze of proper manners and table etiquette, Lettuce Left Root Beer Right gives easy to remember clues that children can learn and use throughout their life. Anne and her husband Steve split their time between the sandy shore of Cocoa Beach, FL and the bucolic Heber Valley in Midway, UT. She has two grandchildren and three grown children. Her son, Forrest, creates the illustrations for all her children’s books.
