On the 6th day of March, 1987, the ferry Herald of Free Enterprise capsizes off Zeebrugge, Belgium.
Eight passengers are either not on the manifest, or not travelling under their own names.:

About the Author
Kathryn Collis’s working background includes 19 years in banking and 19 years in librarianship. She has also worked as a newspaper editor.
Kathryn has tertiary library and management qualifications.
She has previously compiled a history of Caboolture, Queensland, in the 1970s. The website can be found at www.caboolturehistory-70s.net.au
Siblings is her second novel. Her first, Priscilla: a tale of survival, was published in 2011.
Kathryn lives on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
