About the Book

Warren McGill, a beginning skier out of control, skis into Nina Tucker, also a beginner, and knocks her over. She is a dark- haired beauty, a career clothing buyer for a chain of women's fashion stores. He is athletic, tall, and a medical resident nearing completion of his training. Both are wary of romance, she because of a failed marriage, he because of his single-minded pursuit of his medical career; Powerful, tantalizing electricity, too strong to deny, passes between them. They give in to what they believe will be a brief vacation encounter. They are mistaken.
