About the Author

Rhodes) Edie Schmoll is the author of two previous books: A Crime Against One Person: HMO Nightmare (Nonfiction, 2010), and Serenade – Word Songs (Poetry, 2011). She has won awards for poetry (American Mensa National Award, 2008), lyrics, and children’s fiction. Her painting, Glow, was nominated recently for the Mensa National Artwork Award. She is a resident poet and cover artist for Inland Empire of California’s award-winning publication, i.e.; biography is featured in Marquis Who’s Who volumes; and she entertains as a volunteer at nursing homes and hospitals.
