M.A Hill was born once upon a time in Tasmania, and lives near Fremantle, Western Australia. She is an award winning playwright and poet. Her works embrace many dimensions of reality and fantasy. She strives for a better world, and likes to travel by land, air, and sea. As Annie Otness she is an artist, working in paint, silk textiles, and clay.
