About the Book
It couldn't be about acquiring...
--because then those who have acquired would not be very happy
It couldn't be about things...
--because then people with many things would be utterly joyous
It couldn't be about physical beauty...
--because beautiful people don't act beautifully
It couldn't be about success...
--because then the ones who were successful would be thankful
So it must be about everyday occurences
--and that profound sense of wonder,
--that comes only when you have surrendered to love
In a time of high techology and hyper productivity, looking and where you fit in seems like a very counterproductive thing to do. I thought so too. Until I started looking. Then things began to feel very different. I got some idea of what was happening in the world beyond my control. You might too. This book was meant to be utterly accessible, given that it's poetry. Before you give up entirely. Open up to any random page and read one poem. If it doesn't intrigue you than there is nothing left to say. Stay well.
