About the Book

Kimberly Faith Parsons, was born and raised in Pinehurst, N.C. Has traveled around the world and now resides between her homes in Moore County, Wake County and Brunswick county. She follows up, her first book with the I Heart 2 Heart Series, A Simple Girls journey from Pain 2 Promise”, with a 2nd book in the series called, Learning 2 keep my Guard up on the street and in my heart. This book focuses on her abuse twenty nine years ago at the age of eighteen – and what she has since learned and became grounded with; her love for the Martial Arts that she studies and teaches today, in the very home town she needed it in twenty nine. Years ago - Kenpo Karate has become her blanket of Strength - Kimberly Faith Parsons is the sole owner of Moore County Kenpo Karate - and the 1 Heart 2 Heart CO.

About the Author

Kimberly Faith Parsons was born and raised in Pinehurst, North Carolina. She has traveled around the world and now resides in her hometown in Moore County, North Carolina. She recalls and writes some of her deepest memories in her first book, 1 Heart 2 Heart: A Simple Girls Journey from Pain 2 Promise. The goal she has set in her heart is to never give up. Her greatest love is held in her knowledge of the martial arts that she studies. Kenpo Karate has become her blanket of strength as she trains others and gives them courage to set new goals. She is the sole owner of Moore County Kenpo Karate and the 1 Heart 2 Heart Co.
