About the Author

Kimberly Faith Parsons was born and raised in Pinehurst, North Carolina. She has traveled around the world and now resides in her hometown in Moore County, North Carolina. She recalls and writes some of her deepest memories in her first book, 1 Heart 2 Heart: A Simple Girls Journey from Pain 2 Promise. The goal she has set in her heart is to never give up. Her greatest love is held in her knowledge of the martial arts that she studies. Kenpo Karate has become her blanket of strength as she trains others and gives them courage to set new goals. She is the sole owner of Moore County Kenpo Karate and the 1 Heart 2 Heart Co.
