About the Book

Have you ever been told to do something and did not do it? Then you find out that because you did not do it, many people were hurt. This book with its colorful illustrations tells of a whale who was minding his own business when he accidentally swallowed a human. He would later find out that the human was running away because God told the human to go and tell some bad people in a city to do good things. If he had not swallowed the human, the human would have drowned and the people of the city would not have been saved.

About the Author

Denise Roxanne Bunbury-Westford was born in Guyana, South America. She migrated to the United States in the mid 1990’s with her son Marlon, and was joined by her husband Lindsley (Wayne) in 2004. The family currently lives in Brooklyn, New York. Denise taught the Nursery Sunday School Class at her church for several years. It was her love for children and the many pleasant experiences she had working with them that inspired her to write children’s books. She hopes that her books, even though they are based on the Bible would be a universal reading tool for children of all religions.
