The tale of Mandy, Peggy and Millie begins when the King ordered a census of the land. The hotels were all filled and their master brought an ordinary looking couple to share their stable, the only available place. The woman was pregnant and during the night gave birth to a baby boy. As the events folded, they would find out that the couple was Mary and Joseph and the baby was “Jesus” a special little boy. “Mandy, Peggy and Millie were living a normal life in the town of Nazareth, until the night their master brought two humans into their home.” She invites all readers to join the animals on a great adventure and see their home was used for the birthplace of a special baby.

About the Author

Denise Roxanne Bunbury-Westford was born in Guyana, South America. She migrated to the United States in the mid 1990’s with her son Marlon, and was joined by her husband Lindsley (Wayne) in 2004. The family currently lives in Brooklyn, New York. Denise taught the Nursery Sunday School Class at her church for several years. It was her love for children and the many pleasant experiences she had working with them that inspired her to write children’s books. She hopes that her books, even though they are based on the Bible would be a universal reading tool for children of all religions.
