About the Author
Carol-la Sonam Dorje has three grown sons, many wonderful grandchildren, including one new sweet baby grandson; culturally diverse daughters-in-law: American, Chinese, Japanese and Peruvian. Spanning numerous travels to Tibet, Carol-la met and married her Tibetan husband where he lived and died. Carol-la has worked as a battered women’s counselor, hospice counselor, C.N.A., caregiver and resides in Taos, New Mexico with her current pets consisting of two dogs and one cat.
