'Paisley Is a Pupstar'

Paisley jumped in behind the wheel and put on her seatbelt. Millie rat sat in the seat beside her. Sally Pig sat in the back with Christina the blue tongued lizard with the map ready to guide Paisley to the forest. Mr Crimplytoes was too big, so he sat on the roof holding on tightly. After they were all strapped in, inside the truck they set off down the driveway. Grado frog sat on the dashboard having fun pushing all the buttons to make the lights and the sirens go on. Soon they were on the path leading down the hill towards the shopping centre. As the engine began to increase in speed, Paisley realised the brakes weren't working because it was only a toy. She managed to control the fire engine and eventually the hill evened out to a flat area, and it started to slow down. There was a branch over the path, and so Paisley had to swerve to miss it. They hit the fire hydrant nearby. Now Stenson snake, Kiali kangaroo, Prindala and Bessie possums would have to wait for their friends to visit another time. No one got hurt thank goodness, but water started gushing out into a shop's open door. The shop belonged to shopkeeper Annie. The shop was Floyds Puppy Spa and Retreat, which was next to the veggie market where Lindy lizard and Lucy cockroach frequently went to get veggies for the family. Out of the open door came Floyd the dog soaking wet.
