My Family Poetry

About the Book

My Family Poetry is a perfect bedside book. The poems are descriptive and are catered to immediate family members. If a family member had a special event or celebration, I would write about it as a present to them. This is a culmination of those special events, as well as highlights from life itself. The poems are fun and lighthearted, as well as exciting and enlightening. They describe some family experiences, as well as special times. Hopefully, each family member will feel like something special was written just for them as this is a representation of some experiences. A heartfelt thank you to my family. I hope you accept this gift.

About the Author

Meera Popkin is the author of Quoting My Soul, Hear her Heart Heed her Voice, More than Medication, By the Well, Judaea Pop, and the Co-Author of Where Your Love Is. They are all part of the Meera's Muses series. Meera's been married for 13 years and is the proud mother of 2 kids. She holds a B. A. In Musical Theatre from Indiana University through the College of Arts and Sciences and graduated with Honors. Meera got schizophrenia but that didn't stop her from performing on Broadway as well as Londons West End and Off-Broadway. She performed in a lot of musicals including CATS, Starlight Express, Anyone Can Whistle, A Chorus Line, Children of Eden, Shrek, and Miss Saigon. She also worked on a Disney Princess for awhile. She was inspired to help the American Cancer Society by organizing two cancer benefits and raised money for the cause.
