About the Author

Jaclyn Clark is twenty-year-old college student who has always had an influential approach when it came to reading and writing. From an early age, she developed a “deep” love for writing and being creative in all aspects. Jaclyn is someone who wants to reach her goals and eventually become a child and family social worker in the future. Because of this, Jaclyn is someone who loves helping others, treating people with respect and dignity, while understanding that we all have a story to tell in our lives. Even after her mother’s death, she still tries to live her “best” life with happiness and have an optimistic perspective when it comes to meeting new people and experiencing new opportunities that she is given. Through the reading of River Hollow, Jaclyn hopes in return that young minds can escape “everyday life” and enjoy the “adventure, twists and turns, and a little danger” that life can sometimes bring upon us when we least expect it.
