Billy's Dream

About the Book

This is a story about Billy, who doesn’t like to do schoolwork, or come home when his mother calls him. He only wants to play. When his wishes come true and he has all that he has wanted, Billy finds out that sometimes what we wish for is not always what is best for us. Billy learns through his adventures and events happening during his dream, that there is no place like home.

About the Author

I was born March 13, 1936 in Berlin, New York, in a home that is now the Berlin Library. I attended and graduated from the school my father helped build. For 25 years I was owner and manager of rental properties in New York State and Massachusetts, a licensed realtor and former member of the New York State Board of Realtors. I was a Notary Public, legal secretary and a federal and state government employee. Now disabled, my hobbies are painting, writing stories, lyrics and poetry, sculpting and needlework. I am a member of the Taconic Valley Historical Society.
