About the Author

Benjamin Katz is a clinical psychologist, philosopher of human evolution, and visionary thinker whose life's work has been devoted to one central question: How can humanity become wise enough to survive—and evolve beyond itself?

Born in 1945 in Kibbutz Negba during the turbulent birth of the State of Israel, Katz grew up in the shadow of war, witnessed both the resilience and the tragedy of the human condition, later served as a soldier/officer, and eventually settled in Denmark. For decades, he worked as a clinical psychologist, listening to the lives of tens of thousands of people. These experiences convinced him that humanity's greatest challenges do not arise primarily from a lack of intelligence, but from the limitations of the ancient psychological machinery that still governs modern civilization.

Over the years, Benjamin Katz has developed a unique philosophical vision that he has explored throughout his previous books.
