About the Book

“Poetic Moments In Time” is a compilation of various inspirational poems that portray experiences and thoughts within our lives. It explores the spiritual possibilities of the unknown and is an examination of things past and the hope of things yet to be seen. It reveals that although our lives may be at different stages of spiritual growth, we each have our own individual trials and burdens to face. In that knowledge, we must believe that God can use us where ever we are and in whatever state we are in; we must only be willing to be used.

About the Author

Marilyn D. Donahue is the third eldest of seven siblings. She grew up in Houston, Texas, where her talents were discovered at an early age. She has been performing since Elementary school and writing since Junior high school. Growing up in church has given her the spiritual foundation that now fills her life. In addition to her writing, she is active in her church with the benevolence ministry and the integration ministry. Marilyn is the author of several inspirational poetry books: Poetry To Stir The Soul; Whispers Of Faith; Light From Above; Words Of Times Past and Reflections from Within.
